About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management Application Support Specialist to support and continuously improve an enterprise SAP EWM environment.

This position is suited to an SAP EWM professional with more than four years of hands-on experience in application or production support. You will investigate incidents, fulfil service requests, resolve recurring problems, implement minor enhancements, and help translate operational requirements into dependable warehouse-management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide production and application support for SAP EWM.
• Investigate and resolve incidents within agreed service levels.
• Fulfil service requests and perform problem-management activities.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring application issues.
• Implement minor SAP EWM enhancements and configuration changes.
• Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and application health checks.
• Analyse warehouse and operational requirements and translate them into SAP EWM solutions.
• Prepare functional or technical specifications, test plans, user guides, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
• Support functional testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Coordinate with business users, ABAP developers, and other technical teams.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and recommend mitigation actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve application reliability and warehouse processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

• More than four years of hands-on SAP EWM experience.
• Strong SAP EWM functional or application-support expertise.
• Experience supporting live SAP EWM production environments.
• Hands-on incident, service-request, and problem management experience.
• Experience with SAP EWM configuration changes or minor enhancements.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, replenishment, and physical inventory.
• Ability to investigate complex system issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Experience translating business requirements into SAP EWM solutions.
• Experience preparing functional specifications, test plans, user guides, knowledge articles, or SOPs.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Taguig twice per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Transportation Management knowledge or experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM or decentralized EWM.
• Experience supporting EWM integrations with SAP MM, PP, QM, SD, or TM.
• Knowledge of queue monitoring, interface troubleshooting, and warehouse-system integration.
• Previous AMS, L2, or L3 application-support experience.

This is a specialized SAP EWM position. Experience as a warehouse supervisor, warehouse staff member, SAP end user, or general WMS user without hands-on SAP EWM support or configuration experience will not meet the role requirements.
