This hybrid position combines remote work with 2 days onsite per week, requiring a Bachelor's degree and at least four years of SAP EWM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for SAP EWM, including incident investigation and resolution.
• Handle service requests and minor enhancements for SAP EWM.
• Perform system maintenance and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation (design specs, test plans, user manuals, knowledge articles, SOPs).
• Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to support delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support for SAP EWM, including incident investigation, resolution, service requests, and problem management.
• Handle minor enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives for SAP EWM.
• Perform system maintenance, monitoring, and related support activities.
• Analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical and project documentation, including:
  • Design specifications
  • Test plans
  • User manuals
  • Knowledge articles
  • SOPs
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
• Implement appropriate mitigation strategies to support successful project delivery.
