Qualifications

About the role

This role involves providing application support for SAP EWM, investigating and resolving incidents, handling service requests, and conducting problem management and continuous improvements. You will perform system maintenance and monitoring activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions, and develop and maintain project documentation including design specifications, test plans, user manuals, knowledge articles and SOPs. You will ensure successful project delivery by monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Application support for SAP EWM – investigate and resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, conduct problem management and continuous improvements
• Handle minor enhancements for the relevant skill/application
• Perform related system maintenance and monitoring activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions to meet project objectives
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, user manuals, knowledge articles and SOPs
• Ensure successful project delivery by monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience supporting, configuring, or implementing SAP EWM
• Strong proficiency in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) processes (Inbound/Outbound processing, Internal Movement, Physical Inventory, POSC/LOSC, Yard Management)
• Direct experience in SAP application support, queue monitoring (qRFC/PPF triggers), and ticket handling workflows
• Proven capability in root-cause analysis and functional troubleshooting within complex warehouse execution environments
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills for interfacing with business stakeholders and IT delivery teams
