Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM.

• Strong experience in incident investigation and resolution.
• Experience with service request fulfillment and problem management.
• Good understanding of warehouse management processes and SAP EWM functionality.
• Experience in troubleshooting functional issues and conducting root-cause analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM.
• Preferred: Experience in continuous improvement or enhancement projects.

• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, solutions, and application support procedures.
