Job summary

Xurpas Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP EWM application support specialist to join our IT team. You will investigate incidents, fulfill service requests, and drive continuous improvements within our warehouse management ecosystem.

You will support inbound/outbound processes, POSC/LOSC, Yard Management, and related SAP modules while coordinating with IT delivery teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT, CS, SCM or related field.
• 4+ years SAP EWM support experience.
• Strong SAP EWM processes knowledge: Inbound/Outbound, Internal Movement, Physical Inventory, POSC/LOSC, Yard Management.
• Experience in SAP application support, queue monitoring (qRFC/PPF), incident/ticket handling.
• Root-cause analysis and functional troubleshooting in warehouse execution.
• Strong communication with business stakeholders and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP EWM application support: investigate incidents, fulfill service requests, and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Application support for SAP EWM – investigate and resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, conduct problem management and continuous improvements
• Handle minor enhancements for the relevant skill/application
• Perform related system maintenance and monitoring activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions to meet project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, user manuals, knowledge articles and SOPs
• Ensure successful project delivery by monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience supporting, configuring, or implementing SAP EWM.
• Strong proficiency in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) processes (Inbound/Outbound processing, Internal Movement, Physical Inventory, POSC/LOSC, Yard Management).
• Direct experience in SAP application support, queue monitoring (qRFC/PPF triggers), and ticket handling workflows.
• Proven capability in root-cause analysis and functional troubleshooting within complex warehouse execution environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills for interfacing with business stakeholders and IT delivery teams
