Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking an SAP EWM Consultant to lead the implementation and ongoing support of SAP EWM processes.

You will assess business requirements, prepare documentation, conduct testing, including UAT, and collaborate with vendors to ensure successful delivery in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and configuring SAP EWM.
• Proficient in creating blueprints, functional specifications, test scripts, and process flows.
• Experience reviewing vendor deliverables for projects and BAU activities.
• Knowledge of SAP EWM integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EWM implementation and support.

• Conduct Unit/Integration/Regression Testing and facilitate UAT.
• Transfer knowledge to AMS/3rd-party support teams.
• Provide hypercare support post go-live.
• Collaborate with vendors on delivery, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Address day-to-day end-user queries.

Title: SAP EWM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of critical business systems, with a primary focus on the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module.
• Assess business requirements and provide effort estimates for enhancements and projects within the assigned module.
• Prepare and maintain essential documentation such as Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, Test Scripts, and other related materials.
• Conduct Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and Regression Testing; facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with AMS/3rd-party support teams.
• Provide hypercare support following project go-live activities.
• Collaborate with vendors on project delivery, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Address and resolve day-to-day queries and concerns from end users.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP EWM.
• Strong background in fit-gap analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and end-user training.
• Experience creating key documents such as blueprints, functional specifications, test scripts, user guides, and process flows.
• Proven experience in managing and reviewing vendor deliverables for both project and BAU activities.
• Knowledge of SAP EWM integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Experience in core warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid work setup.
