Job summary

Confidential in Metro Manila is seeking an SAP EWM Consultant to lead the implementation and support of the SAP EWM module across core warehouse processes. You will assess requirements, prepare specs, and drive testing, cutovers, and UAT with business stakeholders.

The role requires 2+ years in SAP EWM, strong fit-gap, configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user training, plus experience creating blueprints, test scripts, user guides, and process flows. Hybrid work in Ortigas, Pasig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IE or related field.
• 2+ years of SAP EWM implementation experience.
• Strong fit-gap analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, testing and end-user training skills.
• Experience creating blueprints, functional specs, test scripts, user guides and process flows.
• Experience reviewing vendor deliverables for projects and BAU.
• Knowledge of SAP EWM integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Experience with inbound, outbound and internal warehouse processes.

Job description

• Lead the implementation and support of critical business systems, with a primary focus on the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module.
• Assess business requirements and provide effort estimates for enhancements and projects within the assigned module.
• Prepare and maintain essential documentation such as Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, Test Scripts, and other related materials.
• Conduct Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and Regression Testing; facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with AMS/3rd-party support teams.
• Provide hypercare support following project go-live activities.
• Collaborate with vendors on project delivery, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Address and resolve day-to-day queries and concerns from end users.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP EWM.
• Strong background in fit-gap analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and end-user training.
• Experience creating key documents such as blueprints, functional specifications, test scripts, user guides, and process flows.
• Proven experience in managing and reviewing vendor deliverables for both project and BAU activities.
• Knowledge of SAP EWM integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Experience in core warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid work setup.
