Job summary

Quess Philippines Corp. is seeking an experienced SAP EWM specialist to provide application support and drive continuous improvements for SAP EWM deployments. The role requires analyzing complex issues, delivering technical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The position supports a hybrid work setup with 2 days in the office and requires 4 years of relevant experience. Work locations include UT3, BGC, Taguig, with a 6-month to 1-year project-based contract and extension

Responsibilities

• Provide Application support for SAP EWM – investigate and resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, conduct problem management and continuous improvements.
• Handle minor enhancements for the relevant skill/application.
• Perform related system maintenance and monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions to meet project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, user manuals, knowledge articles and SOPs.
• Ensure successful project delivery by monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies.
