Job summary

N2S Global Workforce Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Sourcing & Purchasing Ariba Expert to support global procurement processes and optimize SAP Ariba solutions. You will manage catalogs, tooling, and workflows while driving improvements across the organization.

In this role, you will provide daily Ariba support, collaborate with IT on testing and enhancements, create reports, and train end users and stakeholders to maximize system value on multinational projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or process improvement.
• Hands-on SAP Ariba and SAP ERP experience.
• Experience with e-catalogs and procurement tooling.

About the role

We are urgently looking for an experienced Sourcing & Purchasing Ariba Expert to support and optimize global procurement processes, manage SAP Ariba tools, and drive process improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily SAP Ariba support and resolve system-related issues involving Ariba and ERP integrations.
• Manage and maintain e-catalogs, purchasing tools, and procurement workflows.
• Collaborate with IT teams on system testing, enhancements, change requests, and issue resolution.
• Create reports and monitor KPIs to evaluate procurement performance and tool usage.
• Conduct SAP Ariba training sessions and provide guidance to end users and stakeholders.
• Participate in global procurement projects, process optimization, automation, and system improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, IT, and SAP support to ensure efficient procurement operations.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing operations, or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and SAP ERP is required.
• Experience in e-catalog implementation and maintenance, system enhancements, and process optimization.
• Background in user training, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations or regional/global projects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
