SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. is seeking a SAP Data Encoder in Davao City to encode and analyze transactions across FTS-PP, PTP and OTC, ensuring timely, accurate data to support planning and execution.

The role requires a 4-year degree and strong SAP domain knowledge, with attention to detail, leadership, and collaboration across teams. You will contribute to production, inventory, and order processes while aligning with company standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Knowledge in SAP FTS-PP, PTP and OTC.
• Excellent leadership and inter-personal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Perform Manufacturing Execution: Production Order release, production confirmation, and completion.
• Check and analyze postings in Production Order: goods movement, variances, stock overview.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing stocks: stock in transit.
• Perform Plant-to-Plant transfers: stock transfer orders, shipment creation, picking, post goods issue.
• Monitor Stock Movement: material document list, stock overview.
• Process Sales Order, Delivery and Shipment: delivery order creation, billing creation.
• Analyze and generate SAP reports periodically or as needed.
