The role requires a 4-year degree and strong SAP domain knowledge, with attention to detail, leadership, and collaboration across teams. You will contribute to production, inventory, and order processes while aligning with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform Manufacturing Execution: Production Order release, production confirmation, and completion.
• Check and analyze postings in Production Order: goods movement, variances, stock overview.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing stocks: stock in transit.
• Perform Plant-to-Plant transfers: stock transfer orders, shipment creation, picking, post goods issue.
• Monitor Stock Movement: material document list, stock overview.
• Process Sales Order, Delivery and Shipment: delivery order creation, billing creation.
• Analyze and generate SAP reports periodically or as needed.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Data Encoder encodes and analyzes all transactions from Forecast -To-Stock Production Planning (FTS-PP), Procure to Pay (PTP) and Order-To-Cash (OTC) while meeting operational needs, priorities, and deadlines.
