Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. in Bustos, Bulacan is seeking a Systems Associate – SAP Encoder to join our technology team. You will support ERP operations through accurate data entry and SAP configuration.

This full-time role focuses on data integrity, master data upkeep, UAT participation, and providing user support across the organization. Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Business Admin or equivalent, SAP experience preferred, strong attention to detail, and teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business Admin or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven SAP data entry, configuration or system support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent time management with ability to prioritise tasks.
• Proficient in Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Clear communication and ability to explain technical concepts.
• Understanding of ERP principles and supply chain processes.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry into the SAP system with correct configuration.
• Maintain SAP master data for customers, materials, pricing and inventory.
• Assist with system configuration testing to meet process needs.
• Monitor transactions and resolve discrepancies or errors.
• Prepare system docs and user guides for end users.
• Provide basic SAP user support across the organisation.
• Collaborate with process owners and admins to implement solutions.
• Participate in SAP testing and UAT for upgrades.
