Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. in Bustos, Bulacan is seeking a Systems Associate – SAP Encoder to join our technology team. You will support ERP operations through accurate data entry and SAP configuration.

This full-time role focuses on data integrity, master data upkeep, UAT participation, and providing user support across the organization. Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Business Admin or equivalent, SAP experience preferred, strong attention to detail, and teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business Admin or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven SAP data entry, configuration or system support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent time management with ability to prioritise tasks.
• Proficient in Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Clear communication and ability to explain technical concepts.
• Understanding of ERP principles and supply chain processes.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry into the SAP system with correct configuration.
• Maintain SAP master data for customers, materials, pricing and inventory.

About the role

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking a Systems Associate – SAP Encoder to join our growing technology team. This is a full-time position based in Bustos, Bulacan. As a Systems Associate – SAP Encoder, you will play a vital role in supporting our enterprise resource planning (ERP) operations by ensuring accurate data entry and system configuration within the SAP environment. This position is critical to maintaining the integrity of our supply chain data and supporting efficient business operations across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Performing accurate and timely data entry into the SAP system, ensuring all information is correctly configured and validated
• Supporting the maintenance and updates of SAP modules and master data, including customer information, materials, pricing and inventory records
• Assisting with the creation and testing of system configurations to support business process requirements
• Monitoring system transactions and identifying discrepancies or errors for resolution
• Preparing system documentation and user guides to support end-user understanding of SAP processes
• Providing basic user support and troubleshooting assistance to SAP system users across the organisation
• Collaborating with business process owners and system administrators to understand requirements and implement solutions
• Participating in system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT) for new implementations and upgrades
• Maintaining confidentiality and security protocols related to company data and systems

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience with SAP systems, particularly in data entry, configuration or system support roles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and database management
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Understanding of enterprise resource planning principles and supply chain processes
• Problem-solving capability and willingness to learn new technologies and systems
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Preferred: Certification in SAP (SAP Certified Associate or equivalent) or relevant training courses
• Preferred: Previous experience in supply chain, logistics or manufacturing environments
