Job summary

Qualifications

Graduate of any four-year course Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science or related courses.
At least one-year experience in on-line encoding preferably in production and/or distribution environment.
Basic knowledge in standard office work and filing practices.
Required certification courses for GMP and HACCP.
Passed Skills Proficiency.
Good academic record and highly computer literate, adept with numbers and with above-average typing speed.
Willing to be assigned in Cagayan De Oro City (Full Onsite)

Responsibilities

Encode and record production- or logistics-related transactions to ensure accurate inventory.
Transfer posting of materials from production storage locations.
Check actual inventory versus system-generated inventory report.
File important documents, receipts, and other transactional records for future reference.
Comply with existing standards, guidelines, and procedures.
