Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. in the Philippines seeks a SAP CRM Application Support specialist to implement and support CRM solutions, enhancing client functionality and performance. You will analyze processes, map requirements, design and test CRM configurations, and document technical specs.

Responsibilities include workshops, troubleshooting, training, and collaboration with developers, designers, and PMs. Fluency in English is required for global client interactions.

Qualifications

1+ years hands-on SAP CRM experience within Agile delivery squads.
Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
Experience in relevant industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex business process requirements and provide CRM solutions.
Facilitate workshops to collect requirements and map client objectives.
Design, configure, test CRM components and document designs.
Liaise with clients to troubleshoot, investigate and fix issues.
Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
