Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an SAP SD/CX Consultant to contribute to blueprinting, solutioning, and application support across SAP Sales and CX domains including SD, CRM, C4C, BRIM, and related areas. The role involves gathering requirements, identifying gaps, and delivering technology-driven solutions.

You will lead testing, coordinate with stakeholders, and may travel to client sites to conduct workshops and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• 2+ years’ experience in SAP Sales and CX solutions as a functional/technical consultant.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide business, functional and technical support on SAP Sales and CX solutions.
• Gather requirements and assess gaps in the current business processes and configurations.
• Provide technology consulting expertise to develop alternatives and recommendations to address gaps.
• Develop solutions for SAP Sales and CX requirements.
• Lead testing and defect resolution of implemented SAP Sales and CX solutions.
• May be required to travel out of the country to drive workshops and training sessions with clients.
