Tasq Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a SAP BW/HANA Senior Manager to deliver data and analytics consulting using SAP technologies. You will design data models, implement analytics solutions, and train clients in how to maximize SAP data platforms.

This role sits within our Digital Core Modernization practice, focusing on data-driven decision making and client outcomes. You will lead diverse teams, coach peers, and engage stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP data management and analytics solutions to meet client requirements.
• Analyze client data needs and develop data models to support data-driven decision-making.
• Use SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud to create visualizations and reports that enhance data insights.
• Oversee data integration and migration processes to optimize data management and quality.
• Provide training and support to clients for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for data quality improvement and process optimization.
• Direct teams through complex data analysis and modeling tasks to deliver strategic insights.
• Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to refine data solutions.
• Promote the adoption of innovative data technologies and practices within client organizations.

Job Overview

As a SAP BW/HANA Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Digital Core Modernization practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes and derive valuable insights to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling and Development
• Utilizing SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI) for strategic insights

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month

• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
