Job summary

TASQ is seeking a SAP BW/HANA Senior Associate in the Philippines to deliver data and analytics solutions within our Digital Core Modernization practice. You will design data models, perform advanced analyses, and create insightful visualizations using SAP tools for clients.

You will lead client relationships, mentor team members, and adapt to changing project needs while maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in relevant field.
• English proficiency (oral and written) required.

Responsibilities

As a SAP BW/HANA Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Digital Core Modernization practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling and Development
• Utilizing SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI) for advanced reporting
• Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting

Additional Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
