Job summary

TASQ in the Philippines is seeking a SAP BW/HANA Senior Manager to lead data and analytics consulting, design data models, implement SAP data management solutions, and deliver training and client support to maximize value.

You will mentor diverse teams, apply systems thinking to solve complex problems, and ensure high-quality outcomes for client engagements. The role is hybrid, based in BGC, Taguig, with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of SAP data management and analytics solutions to meet client requirements.

Job Overview

As a SAP BW/HANA Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Digital Core Modernization practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes and derive valuable insights to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling and Development
