Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7–11 years of experience in data analytics/SAP projects.
• Fluent English (oral and written) required.

Responsibilities

Job overview

As a SAP BODS Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes and derive valuable insights to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI)
• Utilizing SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling and Development
• Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting

Additional Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
