Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of SAP data management and analytics solutions.
• Analyze client requirements and develop data models to enable data-driven decisions.
• Oversee data integration and migration with SAP Data Intelligence Cloud and BW/4HANA.

Job overview

As a SAP BW/HANA Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes and derive valuable insights.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of SAP data management and analytics solutions to meet client needs
• Analyzing client requirements and developing data models to support data-driven decision-making
• Managing the integration and migration of data using SAP Data Intelligence Cloud and SAP BW/4HANA
• Overseeing the development of data visualizations and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI
• Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools
• Collaborating with clients to optimize data management processes and enhance data quality
• Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of data-driven initiatives
• Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in data analytics
• Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within analytics frameworks
• Mentoring team members to develop their skills and encourage professional growth

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Excelling in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Data Intelligence
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Reporting
• Utilizing complex data analysis and data modeling skills

Additional Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
