About the Job:

We are looking for an SAP BW/HANA Senior Manager to join our client's Digital Core Modernization practice and lead data management, analytics, and business transformation initiatives. In this role, you will provide strategic and technical leadership in designing and implementing SAP data and analytics solutions, working closely with clients to understand complex data requirements and deliver solutions that support business decisions. You will also lead teams, manage client relationships, drive innovation, and help optimize data management processes through modern SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP data management and analytics solutions aligned with complex client requirements.
• Provide strategic direction for data modeling, analytics, integration, migration, and reporting initiatives.
• Lead the development of data models and analytics solutions using SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA.
• Oversee reporting, dashboards, and visualizations using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI.
• Guide teams through complex data analysis, modeling, integration, and migration projects.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to identify data quality issues, business needs, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Validate project outcomes with clients, incorporate feedback, and provide recommendations and alternative solutions.
• Promote the adoption of emerging SAP data and analytics technologies to improve business outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and contribute to successful project delivery.
• Coach and mentor team members while developing high-performing and inclusive teams.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, risks, and opportunities across complex data environments.
• Support continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing across data and analytics engagements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP BW, SAP HANA, data analytics, or related technologies.
• Advanced hands-on experience in SAP BW on HANA data modeling and development.
• Strong experience with SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI.
• Experience with SAP Data Intelligence Cloud and data integration or migration initiatives is an advantage.
• Strong background in complex data analysis, data-driven consulting, and business transformation.
• Experience leading technical teams and complex data and analytics engagements.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience, including working with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity and challenging situations.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions are an advantage, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials.
