Job summary

TASQ is seeking a SAP BODS Manager in Metro Manila to lead data and analytics engagements for clients. You will design, implement, and optimize SAP-based data solutions, mentor teams, and ensure successful project delivery in a hybrid setup.

The role requires strong SAP data & analytics expertise, excellent English communication, and a track record of delivering data-driven insights. Expect leadership responsibilities and collaboration with clients to drive data strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 7–11 years of experience in SAP data & analytics consulting or delivery.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Job overview

As a SAP BODS Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes and derive valuable insights to achieve their strategic objectives.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of SAP data management and analytics solutions to meet client requirements
• Analyzing client data needs and developing data models to support data-driven decision-making
• Overseeing the integration and migration of data using SAP Data Integration and SAP Data Intelligence Cloud
• Creating visualizations and reports with SAP Analytics Cloud to enhance client insights
• Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations
• Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills in SAP data and analytics
• Collaborating with clients to optimize data management processes and improve data quality
• Utilizing data analysis software to perform complex data analysis and derive valuable insights
• Implementing data quality improvement plans to enhance data integrity and security
• Encouraging innovation and embracing change to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI)
• Utilizing SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling and Development

Additional Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
