Job summary

TASQ is seeking a SAP Basis Senior Associate in the Philippines. The role focuses on installation, configuration, administration, and ongoing support of SAP products within a Digital Core Modernization context. You will build client connections and mentor peers while navigating increasingly complex technical environments.

Hybrid work setup with 2-3 days onsite in BGC, Taguig, and a flexible schedule from 2PM–4PM to 11PM–1AM. English fluency required to collaborate with global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–8 years of experience preferred.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

As a SAP Basis Senior Associate, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting team, specializing in SAP Technology. Within our Digital Core Modernization practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This opportunity allows you to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology andplatform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
