Job summary

TASQ is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to lead our SAP Core ERP practice in the Philippines. You will supervise delivery, architecture, and optimization of SAP solutions, including ABAP development, Fiori, HANA, and NetWeaver, while mentoring project teams.

Responsibilities include ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution, and client coaching to ensure high quality outcomes. Hybrid work setup with location at BGC, Taguig, Philippines, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–11 years of SAP experience with ABAP/Fiori.
• English language proficiency (oral and written).

Responsibilities

Job Overview

As a SAP ABAP Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting team, specializing in SAP Technology. You will be responsible for analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP practice, you will utilize your skills to manage SAP software and solutions, focusing on installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are accountable for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations

• Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
• Guiding teams in the development and execution of SAP-based projects, confirming timely delivery
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
• Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to enhance SAP functionalities
• Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and timelines of deliverables
• Encouraging team development through coaching and feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
• Promoting the use of innovative SAP technologies such as SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and SAP NetWeaver

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administrator, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month

• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
