Job summary

TASQ is seeking a SAP Basis Manager in the Philippines to lead SAP Basis workstreams, guide teams in installation and administration, and leverage SAP HANA and NetWeaver to streamline operations. This role focuses on driving client value, coaching staff, and delivering high-quality SAP solutions.

The position is hybrid with work in BGC, Taguig, and schedules that can adapt between 2PM–4PM to 11PM–1AM. A Bachelor's degree and 7–11 years of experience are expected, with English proficiency

As a SAP Basis Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. In this role, you will work within our Digital Core Modernization practice, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. Responsibilities

• Leading SAP Basis workstreams and managing client expectations effectively
• Guiding teams in the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
• Utilizing SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver to optimize operational efficiency and support business transformation
• Developing strategic technology plans to enhance SAP software integration and utilization
• Collaborating with team leadership to validate quality, timelines, and deliverables
• Mentoring team members to deepen their skills and encourage professional growth
• Addressing conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders, escalating where necessary
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
