Qualifications

• You must have a bachelor's degree and relevant SAP certifications or equivalent experience.
• 4 to 8 years of SAP ABAP-centric work experience.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

As a SAP ABAP Senior Associate, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. In this role, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting team, specializing in SAP Technology. Within our Digital Core Modernization practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This opportunity allows you to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
• Utilizing SAP Fiori and SAP HANA for innovative solutions- Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization

Additional Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
