Job summary

TASQ is seeking a SAP ABAP Senior Manager in the Philippines to lead SAP technology initiatives, manage ABAP solutions, and guide strategic planning. You will coach teams, drive transformation projects, and deliver data-driven insights using SAP Analytics Cloud and Fiori. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on SAP expertise.

The position is hybrid, based in Metro Manila with work location in BGC, Taguig, and flexible scheduling to fit client needs.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• 10–15 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP technology initiatives, including installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products.
• Managing and developing SAP ABAP solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Guiding teams in strategic technology planning and execution to support client objectives.
• Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to deliver data insights and visualizations.
• Directing business transformation projects, leveraging SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver for seamless integration.
• Coaching and mentoring teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

As a SAP ABAP Senior Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. In this role, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting group, specializing within our SAP practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
