Position Title: SAP ABAP Senior Consultant

Overview:

We specialize in SAP systems integration, implementation, and technical transformation across a range of modules and platforms with strong emphasis on SAP ABAP development and S/4HANA migration.

Role Summary:
As a Senior SAP ABAP Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying custom SAP solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technical components that meet business needs. This role demands strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP, hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementations, and the ability to lead development efforts across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom SAP ABAP solutions including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Execute end-to-end development in S/4HANA environments, including system conversions and greenfield implementations.
• Apply advanced knowledge of ABAP development tools (ADT), Core Data Services (CDS), OData services, and modern ABAP programming techniques.
• Develop ABAP-based interfaces using RFC, BAPI, IDOC, and Proxies; exposure to RESTful ABAP Programming Model is a plus.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices, performance optimization, and technical integrity of deliverables.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable solutions using SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and other related technologies.
• Guide and mentor junior developers while ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into high-quality SAP solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 48 years of solid experience in SAP ABAP development.
• At least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, preferably including cloud edition.
• Proficiency in S/4HANA-specific tools and architecture including custom code migration and adaptation processes.
• Experience working with ABAP on HANA, including native SQL, ADBC, and performance optimization.

Preferred Experience:

• Working knowledge of SAP CPI, SAP PO/PI, or SAP Gateway is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP BODS and data modeling in HANA Studio.
• Exposure to SAP FIORI, SAP Analytics tools (e.g., Analysis for Office).
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating integration across multiple SAP platforms (S/4, CPI, CIG, SAC).
• Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Work Arrangement:

• Willingness to work on second shift schedules to align with US business hours (e.g., 3:00 PM 12:00 AM / 4:00 PM 1:00 AM / 5:00 PM 2:00 AM).
