Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking an SAP ABAP Senior Associate to join our team in a hybrid setup in Taguig. You will develop ABAP solutions for SAP S/4HANA, drive migrations, and work with functional and technical teams to deliver high‑quality SAP outcomes.

You will mentor junior members, prepare detailed specs, and ensure testing and deployments meet project standards. Strong communication and web development context are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 4+ years hands‑on SAP ABAP development.
• 2+ years OData development with SAP Gateway.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA development/implementation.
• Experience in SAP UI5/Fiori development.
• BODS experience is a plus.
• Hands‑on SAP PI/PO/HCI development and integration.
• Knowledge of SAP Financials, Logistics or HR modules.
• Understanding of web development frameworks and modern SAP app practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ABAP solutions for SAP implementations, support, enhancements and migrations.
• Design and optimize ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms in SAP.
• Prepare technical specs and documentation from business requirements.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• At least 2 years of experience in OData development using SAP Gateway.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA development and implementation projects.
• Experience in SAP UI5/Fiori application development.
• Experience with SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) is an advantage.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP PI/PO/HCI development and integration technologies.
• Knowledge of SAP Financials, SAP Logistics, and/or SAP HR modules.
• Understanding of web development frameworks and modern SAP application development practices.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
