Job Summary
Responsible for design review, installation supervision, inspection, and quality assurance of all sanitary, plumbing, drainage, water supply, and waste management systems on the construction project. Ensures full compliance with approved plans, Sanitary Code, National Building Code, environmental regulations, and project standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Sanitary Engineering or Civil Engineering (Sanitary major)
- Must be a Registered Sanitary Engineer (PRC License) — active and in good standing
- Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience in sanitary/plumbing construction, design review, or site supervision
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Sanitary Code, National Building Code, and environmental/water quality standards
- Proficient in reading sanitary, plumbing, drainage, and water supply drawings & isometric plans
- Familiar with water treatment, sewage disposal, septic systems, piping materials, and testing procedures
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and documentation skills
- Must be willing to travel/relocate within or outside Metro Manila (within Luzon)

Key Responsibilities
- Review sanitary/plumbing design drawings, material submittals, and equipment specifications for compliance
- Supervise and inspect installation of water supply, drainage, sewerage, venting, septic tanks, and treatment facilities
- Verify pipe sizing, slope, alignment, connections, and fixture placement against approved plans and codes
- Conduct and document hydrostatic, water pressure, and flow tests to ensure system integrity
- Resolve site technical queries, recommend practical solutions, and coordinate with contractors & consultants
- Ensure proper waste disposal, cross-connection prevention, and compliance with health/environmental standards
- Prepare inspection reports, progress records, and as-built documentation
- Assist in commissioning, turnover, and acceptance of all sanitary and plumbing installations
