Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer with at least ten (10) years of relevant experience in construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of plumbing and fire protection systems while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and applicable codes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Licensed Mechanical Engineer, Sanitary Engineer or Registered Master Plumber is preferred.
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Plumbing and Fire Protection works in the construction industry.
Knowledgeable in local building codes, fire codes, and industry standards related to plumbing and fire protection systems.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Willing to work on project sites when required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor all Plumbing and Fire Protection works to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
Review and evaluate shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of plumbing and fire protection systems.
Ensure that all installations comply with applicable codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Monitor project schedules, manpower, and material requirements to ensure timely completion of works.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to plumbing and fire protection systems.
Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, and other required project documentation.
Implement quality control procedures and safety standards at the project site.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.
Work Location: Willing to relocate in Biñan Laguna
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
