Job summary

Liberty Commercial Center Inc. is seeking a Sanitary Engineer to design, inspect, and manage water, wastewater, solid waste, and environmental health systems across malls, department stores, and other facilities.

The role ensures facilities maintain optimal system functionality, public health protection, and 100% compliance with Philippine sanitation regulations. The successful candidate will coordinate with DOH, DENR, and LGUs, perform risk assessments, and provide guidance on waste management

Qualifications

• At least 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine sanitary and environmental regulations.
• Experience coordinating with DOH, DENR, and LGUs.

Responsibilities

• Design and review sanitary engineering systems across properties.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local environmental laws.
• Manage water quality and sanitation programs.
• Oversee food safety and sanitation practices.
• Coordinate waste management strategies.
• Inspect facilities and conduct audits.
• Support construction and renovation projects from a sanitary perspective.

The Sanitary Engineer designs, inspects, and manages the water, wastewater, solid waste, and environmental health systems across our diversified property portfolio—including malls, department stores, supermarkets, food establishments, warehouses, distribution centers, and corporate offices. The successful candidate will ensure all facilities maintain optimal system functionality, protect public health, and achieve 100% compliance with local environmental laws and the Code on Sanitation of the Philippines (P.D. 856).
