Qualifications

• Licensed Sanitary Engineer required.
• 2+ years in real estate, construction, engineering, or utilities management preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Makati or Bacolod.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence of water utility providers for projects.
• Prepare water distribution, sanitary/plumbing, and wastewater plans for permits and construction.
• Develop initial layouts, design parameters, and computations for housing and land development.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine codes, LGU regulations, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage water and sanitary utility concerns with service providers and contractors.
• Evaluate contractors, conduct coordination meetings, and align deliverables and timelines.
• Perform QA/QC inspections and site assessments to ensure quality standards.
• Prepare contractor billing documentation and payments.
• Provide initial assessment and recommendations for utility issues.

Job description

Responsible for the planning, design, compliance, and quality oversight of water and sanitary utilities for real estate projects, ensuring adherence to Philippine standards, permit requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence of water utility providers (private and GOCC) for prospective and acquired projects


• Prepare water distribution, sanitary/plumbing, and wastewater treatment plans for permits, licensing, and construction


• Develop initial layouts, design parameters, and computations for housing and land development projects


• Ensure all water and sanitary utilities comply with Philippine codes, LGU ordinances, and regulatory requirements


• Coordinate and manage water and sanitary utility concerns with service providers and contractors


• Evaluate contractors, conduct coordination meetings, and align deliverables and timelines


• Perform QA/QC inspections and site assessments to ensure quality standards


• Prepare documentation for contractor billing and payment requests


• Provide initial assessment and recommendations for utility-related issues or incidents

Qualifications

• Licensed Sanitary Engineer


• At least 2 years of experience in real estate projects, construction, engineering, or utilities management


• Willing to relocate to either Makati or Bacolod

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of National Building Code, Water Code, and LGU regulations


• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering design tools


• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and cost-estimation skills
