Job summary

Othmann Incorporated is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to lead inspections of plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection piping across multiple projects. You will ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements while mentoring Junior Technical Engineers.

You will coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, review plans, identify issues, and provide practical engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection systems, or technical engineering.
• Experience supervising construction workers, subcontractors, or field personnel is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of plumbing and sanitary systems, construction materials, and installation methods is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; AutoCAD or similar engineering software is a plus.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel for project site visits (including out-of-town assignments such as Cebu) as required.
• Physically fit to perform site inspections, including climbing stairs or high-rise buildings and handling technical equipment.

About the Role
