Job summary

PHirst Park Homes Inc. is seeking a licensed Electrical or Sanitary Engineer to lead detailed design drawings for utilities in building and land development, and to lay out masterplan utilities for site development.

Candidate should have at least 2 years in real estate construction, be familiar with the National Building Code and LGU ordinances, and possess strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

About the role

To prepare detailed engineering design drawings of sanitary sewer, vent, water, fire protection and storm systems of the building and land development. To prepare and lay out the masterplan utilities of the site development plan. To conduct Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for completed utilities.

About you

• Licensed Electrical Engineer or Registered Sanitary Engineer

• At least 2 years of experience in handling real estate projects specifically in construction, engineering and budget management

• Knowledge of National Building Code

• Knowledge of Local Government Unit (LGU) Ordinances

• Knowledge of House, Building and Land Development Process

• Knowledge of Design and Engineering Tools and Programs

• Knowledge of MS Office Applications

• Negotiation skills

• Good communication skills (oral and written)
