About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Salon Receptionist to join the team at Reverie Esthetic & Hair Center. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere that reflects our commitment to exceptional service. This position is essential to the smooth operation of our salon and directly impacts client satisfaction and retention.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting clients warmly upon arrival and ensuring a positive first impression

• Managing telephone enquiries and scheduling appointments efficiently using salon management systems

• Processing client payments, invoicing, and handling cash and card transactions accurately

• Maintaining detailed and up-to-date appointment records and client databases

• Coordinating with salon staff to ensure seamless service delivery and client flow

• Responding to client enquiries regarding services, pricing, and special promotions

• Maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming reception area

• Assisting with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence

• Promoting salon services and packages to clients, including retail products

• Resolving client concerns and complaints professionally and diplomatically
