About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Sales Associate to join the team at Reverie Esthetic & Hair Center. This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila. As a Beauty Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service whilst promoting and selling our beauty and aesthetic products and services. This role is fundamental to our retail operations, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. You will work in our welcoming salon environment, where you'll interact with diverse clientele and help them discover products and treatments that enhance their beauty and wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide expert product recommendations based on their individual beauty needs and preferences

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems

• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across our range of beauty, skincare, and hair care offerings

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate beauty treatments and aesthetic services available at the center

• Maintain an organized, clean and visually appealing retail display area, ensuring products are well-stocked and attractively presented

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets whilst maintaining high standards of customer service

• Build and maintain positive relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business

• Collaborate with aesthetic and hair professionals to cross-sell services and products

• Perform inventory management tasks, including stock checks and restocking shelves

• Stay updated on current beauty trends, product innovations and promotional campaigns

What we're looking for

• Previous retail experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare or a similar customer-facing environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for beauty and customer service

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and upsell products effectively

• Knowledge of beauty products, skincare, haircare and aesthetic treatments (or willingness to learn)

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills

• Professional appearance and commitment to personal grooming standards befitting a beauty retail environment

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
