RECEPTIONIST

Work Location (PASIG):

General Qualifications:

Preferably with experience as a receptionist or in customer service

Organized and capable of handling salon schedules for senior and junior stylists

Able to prepare service receipts for clients and process payments

Responsible for balancing daily cash and credit card sales

Able to update and maintain client records

Comfortable communicating with clients and sending promotional messages

Willing to monitor salon stocks and products

Willing to learn and promote salon products to customers

Physically fit and presentable

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the daily schedule of senior and junior stylists

Prepare receipts for client services and accept payments

Balance cash and credit card sales at the end of the day

Maintain and update client records

Send promotional messages to clients

Monitor salon product inventory and stocks

Promote and sell salon products to customers

Additional Information:

Salon operating hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

1 day off per week

Opportunity to earn 10% commission for every product sold

Salon products include high-end brands such as L'Oréal (Paris) and Davines (Italy)
