Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a Salesforce Lead for project-based deployments in the Philippines. You will drive global and local process alignment, partner with rollout teams, and enable user adoption through training and enablement.

You will lead UAT/SIT activities, validate integrations with SAP S/4HANA and NewsPage, and manage stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and sustainable adoption across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Salesforce implementations and rollouts.
• Experience in training, learning and development, change management, system deployment, or project coordination.
• Experience leading or supporting UAT and SIT activities.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, and integrated enterprise applications.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Global & Local Process Alignment between Salesforce and local market needs.
• Deployment & Rollout Support with go-live readiness and onboarding.
• Training plans and train-the-trainer sessions for user adoption.
• Lead UAT activities, develop test scenarios and scripts.
• Stakeholder management and effective communication across teams.
• Ensure data, integration & process excellence with enterprise systems.
