Job summary

Riskonnect, Inc. seeks a Salesforce Solutions Engineer to partner with customers, implement and optimize Salesforce solutions, and act as a trusted technical advisor.

You will drive platform adoption, configure scalable solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues to maximize Salesforce value. In this role, you will work on discovery sessions, give demonstrations, and train administrators while ensuring alignment with business goals and security standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, Implementation, Customer Success, or Technical Support.
• Experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, Objects, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Permission Sets, and Page Layouts.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, security model, and data management.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating technical documentation, process documentation, and user guides.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet customer business requirements using declarative tools.
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions following platform best practices.
• Support system enhancements, feature releases, and configuration changes while maintaining platform integrity.
• Assist with testing, deployment validation, and documentation for new functionality.
• Partner with customers to understand business objectives and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions and provide technical recommendations aligned with customer goals.
• Deliver customer demonstrations, knowledge transfer sessions, and administrator training.
• Investigate and troubleshoot Salesforce configuration, automation, integration, and user issues.
• Analyze platform performance and recommend improvements for usability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex challenges.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer configurations and implementation decisions.
• Promote Salesforce best practices, governance, security, and data quality standards.
• Stay current with new Salesforce features, releases, and AI capabilities.
