Job summary

Shadow Office Solutions is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to join our on-site team in Makati. You will develop, optimize, and support Salesforce solutions, automate processes, and manage deployments to ensure data quality and system reliability.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of related experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, plus REST/SOAP API integrations. Collaboration with diverse teams and adherence to security practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of experience in a related Salesforce role.
• Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Git or other version control tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II) – highly regarded.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum – preferred.
• Willing to work full-time on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC).
• Configure objects, workflows, validations, and automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems (APIs, middleware).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Maintain and improve system performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot bugs and resolve user issues.
• Ensure data quality, security, and best-practice compliance.
• Support releases, deployments, and environment management.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and continuous improvement.
