Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Technical Support Specialist II to provide world-class SaaS support with a strong Salesforce backend focus. This hybrid role requires onsite presence at Sanctum, SM North EDSA, QC at least twice a month and night shift coverage.

You will troubleshoot Salesforce-related and SaaS issues, maintain CSAT-driven support, and document customer interactions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years minimum in a similar TSR/SaaS role.
• Experience with cloud-based/SaaS support is an advantage (Salesforce.com/Office 365).
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to SaaS customers via email, chat, and voice (Teams).
• Troubleshoot Salesforce and SaaS issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain CSAT-driven support with professional inquiries.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
• Document customer interactions and solutions in detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes.
