Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
• Experience managing security models, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules and user lifecycles.
• Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce deployments and release management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Salesforce AgentForce environments.
• Create, manage, and publish AI agents within Salesforce.
• Manage licenses, permissions, and access controls.
• Coordinate sandbox, UAT, and production readiness for CS/AI projects.
• Enforce governance and security standards for Salesforce AI platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable AI adoption.
