Job summary

Ninja Partners in Quezon City seeks a Technical Support Specialist II to deliver world-class SaaS support by email, chat, and voice. You will troubleshoot Salesforce-backed issues, maintain CSAT-driven assistance, and document solutions for internal teams.

The position is hybrid (Sanctum, SM North EDSA, QC) with at least twice-a-month onsite, and night shifts. Salesforce knowledge is preferred but not required; admin certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a similar TSR role in IT or SaaS
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS support (Salesforce.com / Office 365) is an advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong customer service or client-facing support experience
• Proactive, customer-centric and able to work under time constraints
• Experience in training delivery and working with professional services teams

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to SaaS customers via email, chat, and voice (Teams)
• Troubleshoot Salesforce-backed issues and related SaaS applications
• Maintain CSAT-driven support through timely, professional responses
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams
• Document customer interactions and solutions in detail
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes
