Qualifications
- 2+ years in Salesforce Administration, Implementation, or related roles.
- Proficient with declarative tools: Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Permission Sets.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data management.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating to scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools to meet customer requirements.
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions following best practices.
- Support enhancements, releases, and configuration changes.
- Assist with testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Lead discovery sessions and provide technical recommendations.
- Deliver demonstrations and training.
- Investigate issues and optimize platform performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and decisions.
