Job summary

PwC Manila Accelerations Center is seeking a Salesforce Functional Solutions Architect Senior Manager to lead client-facing Salesforce engagements across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services. You will shape solution approaches, guide implementations, and drive multi-stream delivery while mentoring teams to high performance.

Role requires deep Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise, strategic thinking, and ability to translate business needs into practical CRM designs within a global client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10–15 years of experience required.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud solution design and implementation workstreams across client engagements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM configurations, processes, and user experiences.
• Guide discovery sessions to assess current-state processes and future-state capabilities.
• Advise stakeholders on Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality, pipeline management, and forecasting use cases.
• Coordinate technical teams across integration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Review solution architecture to ensure alignment with business objectives and platform capabilities.
• Develop and present project updates, solution options, and issue resolution paths to senior stakeholders.
• Coach team members through delivery challenges across multiple workstreams.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, data quality, and CRM adoption.
• Apply Salesforce administration knowledge and business systems understanding to support outcomes.
