Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila seeks a Salesforce Senior Manager to lead consulting projects across our diverse client portfolio. You will analyze client needs, implement Salesforce solutions, and provide training to optimize operational efficiency and strategic objectives.

As a Senior Manager, you will mentor teams, apply systems thinking, and collaborate with global teams within Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services to deliver high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10–15 years of experience preferred.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Expertise in Salesforce Industry Clouds and Sales Cloud implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency.
• Analyze client needs and implement Salesforce solutions to support strategic objectives.
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications.
• Guide teams through complex problem-solving and strategic planning.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities.
• Validate outcomes with clients and act on feedback to improve delivery.
