Qualifications
- Experience as a Salesforce admin or developer in a B2B setting.
- Strong data modelling and integration skills, with API experience.
- Certification: Salesforce ADM 201 or equivalent level.
Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce design, configuration, and development across the platform.
- Build multi-step flows and ensure scalable automation.
- Design HTTP callouts for external integrations and secure auth.
- Manage security model, sharing rules, and access controls.
- Maintain metadata governance and documentation of changes.
- Translate requirements into technical specs for GTM stakeholders.
- Ensure robust reporting and dashboards for leadership.
