Job summary

Xendit is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to own the GTM platform, primarily Salesforce CRM. You will lead Continuous Improvement sprints, perform declarative configuration, and coordinate with Salesforce Engineers to implement enhancements.

You’ll manage Salesforce-integrated tools, ensure data quality and user adoption, and collaborate with the CRM Transformation Lead to deliver scalable RevOps solutions in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar hands-on platform administration role.
• Hands-on proficiency with declarative Salesforce configuration: Flow Builder, validation rules, permission sets and sharing rules, page layouts, reports and dashboards.
• Experience running or contributing to sprint-based delivery — backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retros.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to explain configuration trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently in a small team and prioritizing amid ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement sprints; own CI backlog and sprint cadence with the CRM Transformation Lead.
• Perform basic Salesforce configuration: Flow Builder automation, rules, permission sets, sharing, layouts, reports, dashboards.
• Manage Salesforce-integrated tools (e.g. DealOps, Gong.io, DocuSign, Spotdraft) and coordinate with 3rd party CSMs when needed.
• Triage and scope enhancement requests; write specs for Engineer-built features.
• Maintain platform health: data quality, user access, adoption, and risk flags.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Engineers; support UAT and handoffs for new enhancements.
• Maintain documentation and governance of configurations and decisions.
